Matthew Cobb

Matthew Cobb, Ph. D., is an Assistant Professor at Coastal Carolina University (CCU), teaching in the Department of Intelligence and Security Studies, and is an advisor in the CCU’s Peace and Conflict Studies program.  He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Arizona with research focusing on patterns of armed conflict in developing countries. Matthew's research and teaching interests include political violence and the social and economic dimensions of international security.
