Established in 2019, The Journal of Human Security and Resilience (JHSR), sought to capture the intersections of human, homeland, and national security and the ever-evolving fields of emergency management and resilience. Academic interest in the JHSR was minimal and has been attributed to a highly competitive marketplace. JSIRE recognizes the value of JHSR has carved out a webpage for accessing the five peer reviewed journal articles that were published under the auspices of JHSR.
