Rob Agnew

Rob Agnew, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor with the Fire Protection & Safety Engineering Technology Program of Oklahoma State University (OSU), of which he is a graduate. Prior to teaching at OSU, Dr. Agnew was in professional practice in the industry, working for Fortune 200 companies implementing comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs as a senior manager. He holds a M.S. in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Oklahoma State University. 

Virginia Charter

Virginia Charter, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and the Program Coordinator for the Fire Protection & Safety Engineering Technology program at Oklahoma State University (OSU). Prior to returning to OSU in 2014, Dr. Charter worked in Las Vegas as a Fire Protection Engineer. She has experience in a variety of industries including corporate real estate, industrial, government, hospitals, higher education, and hospitality. Dr. Charter obtained her B.S. in Fire Protection & Safety Engineering Technology from OSU, a M.S. in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies – Higher Education from OSU.
